Zumba

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combos that allow the Zumba participant to dance away their worries! It is based on the principle that a workout should be “Fun and Easy To-Do”! Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the mind and body.

Circuit

This class has it all! Focus on strength/sculpting and cardiovascular exercises to achieve solid muscle toning and a maximum calorie burn.

Pilates

Great for developing strength, flexability and coordination, not to mention flat abs.

Power Cycling

A challenging group cycling class for those who want to push their ride to the next level. Class uses our new LeMond indoor cycling bikes.

HardCORE

An intense challenging Core workout designed to strengthen, shape, and define your middle! Classes use mats and Fit balls.

Boot Camp

A high intensity class that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, relay races and even a little healthy competition. Burn between 400-600 calories in this class!

Yoga

A mind-body class targeting inner muscular strength, flexibility, mental focus and relaxation. Great to relieve stress while bringing balance to your mind and body.

Body Sculpt

An aerobics class combining step, cycling and strength training. Tone, strengthen and boost your cardio workout in this high energy class.

B.L.T. (Buns, Legs, and Thighs)

This class targets the lower body with a variety of sculpting exercises like squats, lunges and plenty of hip work!
